"I saw that you said that the resume you had done got you on some good pro staff companies. What did they offer you as a new pro staffer just curious, have been debating on whether or not I should try and get some sponsors even if I can get on with some companies. I just wanna know what they offer new guys once they decide to sponsor you."

I haven't worked very hard pursuing sponsorships yet but it has already helped me get on with a few companies. I landed sponsors with Jackall, Anglers Resource.org, Lowrance and Navionics.

Jackall sent me over $500 worth of free lures to start with. They also said if I needed anything else to just let them know. I have had a lot of success with their flick shake's and crankbaits. They want you to be successful in the tournaments you fish and to help get their products on the shelves of tackle stores. The more you help them, the more they will help you.

Lowrance and Navionics both expect you to work shows for them. Navionics just requires that you work a couple of shows and with Lowrance they want you to work when they have promotions...this year I've worked 6 Saturdays for them. They both pay you around $100 a day, gas expenses, lodging if needed and meals. You can also buy their products for about half price. You also get a discount from most stores where you work. Cabelas and Bass Pro Shops offer 15% to 30% off.

These are just entry level sponsorships, but it's a foot in the door! If you are competitive in the tournaments that you fish in and are able to offer the companies something, you shouldn't have a problem getting sponsors.

Bob with sponsorshipresumeservice.com makes a really great resume and it will get some attention from the companies you apply with. If you just land one sponsor it will more than pay for the cost of the resume. I would definitely take advantage of the $150 offer. It's a great deal!
